People with obesity have it especially tough in our world. Because the ideal IS thin. And while being obese is also an health issue, you can’t hide yourself. I feel so bad for the girl who felt such fear to go to the gym alone. I used to work at one, and we always made sure to be extra caring and attentive with people who looked nervous or lost. I hope she is feeling more confident.
Im sorry your going through this, I dont know you women personally but the main thing is to do what makes you happy. And dont base your feelings on what others think of you. Our own minds can be so cruel. Im praying for you girls, to find comfort and happiness.
What's with the sex toys and and the lingerie? Is that how people judge their self-worth? She's just going to attract a bunch of perverts if that's what she wants. She can do better than that. Sex has nothing to do with building up your confidence. I am disabled because of polio so I know it's tough out there. If you're heavyset, you can do something about it at least try anyway. I couldn't do anything about my disability. I still don't like to go out often, but you don't have to go to perversions to prove you're self-worth. you don't wanna go that route and yes I've been ashamed of things I did. I happen to marry a good looking federal fire chief I met at work. I had no self-esteem before I started working there but I still didn't have a lot when I met my husband. And he was good looking, he died almost five years ago. I couldn't believe I met such a nice handsome man. these girls can find somebody who loves them for what they are inside and the one should stop saying that to her boyfriend, he's probably with her because he loves her. I was angry at God, but now I realize how blessed I was, and I don't have to worry about surviving. I. stopped watching this after I saw that becauseI felt sorry for the girl. who gave her those ideas? Plus you have to think about your eternal soul, that's something you learn as you get older. People might not like this, and say well not everybody believes in God, but that doesn't mean he doesn't exist. Non-belief in God does not negate His truth. When anybody passes away, I think about their soul and hope they were saved. My husband was that's what gives me hope and comfort. I might be dead by now if I didn't believe in him. The most important thing is, I'm not perfect and I know that. Jesus Christ was perfect for me, but I do try to strive to be like Him. I fail but he didn't.
The problem with the girl that claims she embraces her curves it’s that she has such an inflated sense of ego that she wont ever get into a relationship with a guy in her level of attractiveness because she think and feels she deserves a better looking guy that what she actually can get! That is what social media is doing to this type of women. Have them think they are all 10s and they all deserve a guy which is 6’5” and has abs of steel but in reality they are below average at best wanting an above average guy! 🤦🏻
The 3rd girl can’t barely breathe while she is talking. Loving yourself is one thing but another one is the delusion of thinking that being that weight is healthy. She doesn’t have health problems right now because she is young but in about 10 years, she will have a struggle keeping up with her health!
The second girl Niomi doesn’t know why her boyfriend is with her! Let me let u all ladies in a guy secret! We Guys want a woman that is gonna love us, support us, respect us, allow us to be the head of the household, be loyal, communicative and most of all a woman that brings us peace and harmony. We don’t want a challenge at home, we don’t want or need a woman that makes our lives harder. Ur home should be the place we guys can come to and take off the weight of the world we carry on our shoulders and be surrounded by peace and love.
It's hard depending on the culture as children don't have the chance to eat healthy foods if the parents don't know any better. Though even in countries like Japan, with more introduction to Western foods, obesity is becoming an issue.
I lost my arm 3 years ago and I was put on gabapentin. That made me so hungry and I never got the feeling of being full from eating. So i ate and ate. It was awful. I gained so much weight in a little time. Now im trying to loose it and im no longer taking that medicine. It's so hard.
I once told my BF just because ur skinny doesn't mean ur healthy & just because ur big doesn't mean ur unhealthy. Healthy is a state of mind … diets never work because it's a life style not a temporary thing. I hate working out too but I love food so that's that 🙃
Naomi is such a beautiful woman yet her self esteem is beyond rock bottom. She can do better than him! It doesn’t matter if she with a man or not. A man doesn’t give her value or validation. It’s so sad how much these ladies use weight to define them.
